“In January of 2016 I began a more diligent attempt to get rid of excess weight by reducing my caloric intake to a healthy level and resuming my daily 3 mile walk.  After 3 weeks, I hadn’t experienced any weight loss and was feeling quite discouraged.  A friend who had been using Fit4Life Studio encouraged me to give it a try, citing the advantages of flexible self-scheduling and a variety of classes.  I began the Guns/Glutes/Abs class in February and so far have lost 27 pounds!  I try to attend classes 2-3 times per week.  By the end of the first week, I had also added a bike ride in the evenings and was losing weight, usually 2-3 pounds per week.  The weight loss has been gradual and very rewarding, and my muscle tone is much better.  I have so much more energy!  I have found the various exercises in the class to give me an overall good workout, and are easy to follow.  Some weeks I have missed classes altogether but the motivation that has come with success is self-perpetuating so I continue.  Sometimes you need a little help to just get over the hump.”
